For a beginner tennis serve lesson in Cebu, you can follow these steps to introduce and practice the basic serve technique:

  1. Grip: Start by teaching the continental grip, which is ideal for serving. Ensure that the base knuckle of the index finger is on bevel 2 of the racket handle (for right-handed players).
  2. Stance: Teach the platform stance, where the feet are shoulder-width apart, with the front foot slightly ahead of the back foot. The toes should be pointing towards the net post on the same side as the hitting hand (right foot for right-handed players).
