Want more power and spin on your forehand.
- Hand Grip: Start with an eastern forehand grip. Place your base knuckle of your index finger on the third bevel of the racket handle (for a right-handed player).
- Angle Stance: Stand sideways to the net with your non-dominant side facing the net. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, with your knees slightly bent.
